Dr. Mike Mills was head of the US Air Force Periodontal Residency and has now taught in the graduate periodontics  program at the University of Texas in San Antonio for almost 15 years.  He is regularly assigned to be on review committees for the American Academy of Periodontology that establish state of the science reports for the U.S. and if widely regarded as a work expert in periodontal anatomy.   He is the author of several textbook chapters and past director of the American Board of Periodontology.

Dr. Bryan Pearson practices in Lafayette, Louisiana, and teaches in graduate periodontics at LSU.  He is a pioneer in the use of the microscope in minimally invasive periodontal surgery and currently the editor of Micro, the journal of the Association of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry.
